Walk-In Counselling Clinic
Program Description
Our Walk-In Counselling service offers timely, single-session counselling delivered in person for individuals in the Kitchener-Waterloo community who are seeking immediate support. This service is designed to provide accessible mental health care without the need for long-term commitments or ongoing appointments.
Walk-In Counselling can help address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, family and parenting challenges, and difficulties in personal or professional relationships. Individuals may also seek support for concerns related to work, school, life transitions, or decision-making.
Eligibility: All age welcome. Parent/guardian consent required for anyone under the age of 12.
Delivery: In-person sessions, wheelchair friendly room available
Fee: No Cost

These sessions are provided same-day on a first-come first-served basis. New clients are prioritized.
We offer in-person sessions:
- Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Located at 177 Albert Street North, Waterloo, ON
- Walk in operates between 11am – 6pm
- Latest a session can start is 6pm and sessions are up to 50 minutes
