The great revelation perhaps never did come. Instead, there were little daily miracles, illuminations, matches struck unexpectedly in the dark
– Virginia Woolf
I want to begin by thanking you for being here. Life can be so difficult, confusing, overwhelming, and unfair – and it can take a lot of courage to look for support. Although I believe that we all have the inner resources to heal, grow, and succeed, sometimes we need a shoulder to lean on. Storytelling is a vital part of our humanity: each of us has a story to tell and to live out. It is my great honour to walk alongside you on this journey of uncertainty that we call life, and to bear witness to your story. In sessions, I strive to work together with my clients to establish a safe container conducive to self-exploration, fostering connections, embracing vulnerability, and creating an environment of acceptance. Some of my favourite little daily miracles are waking up to birds chirping, a well-made latte, the feeling after a long walk, and making a stranger smile.
