Personal Statement:

Every person is unique. It is my aim that clients feel seen, heard, understood, safe, and supported as they navigate the complexities of life. The best teachers I have had always prioritized learning together and from each other. Therapy is a collaborative process. I consider it an honor to support you and to hold your story sacred. I provide support using a holistic and client-centered care approach. I believe in care that cultivates mental, physical, social, financial, spiritual, environmental, and vocational wellness. I am committed to supporting you with an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach in a safe environment; I will listen with an open, caring heart, and with humility and curiosity.
