Personal Statement:
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s completely okay to reach out for support. My role as a therapist is to provide you with a caring and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, navigate challenges, and begin to heal. I bring a relational understanding to therapy, focusing on how we make meaning through our connections with others and ourselves. My experience working with individuals in acute crisis in a hospital setting has only deepened my appreciation for the importance of a compassionate, person-centered approach to healing in moments of deep distress. Whether you’re dealing with life transitions, issues related to LGBTQ+ oppression, relationship challenges, or complex trauma, I’m here to listen and explore meaningful ways forward.
My goal is to develop a therapeutic relationship that is responsive to you as an individual. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that moves at your pace and provides the support you need, every step of the way. You have everything you need within yourself to make lasting changes, and therapy is here to support you on your journey. When you’re ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you as we work towards the changes you seek, together.
