Personal Statement:

When we find true, earnest ways to express ourselves, I believe we can experience healing and feel a lot more connected to who we are. I love helping people dive deeper into the different aspects of their identity to uncover how this connects with their authentic self. I would be honored to work with you as you engage in self-discovery, reflect on the past and how it impacts your present, and reconnect with your own voice in the narrative of your life. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, incorporates psychodynamic elements, and draws from solution-focused, narrative, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavior therapy. If you are artistically inclined, I am very open to working with creative interventions or including your art in our sessions. The populations I am most interested in working with are young adults and children/youth. I welcome people of all cultural backgrounds, religious and spiritual beliefs, sexual orientations, and gender identities. It is my hope that by gaining newfound understandings of yourself, this will support you in reaching your therapeutic goals and promote your overall wellbeing. To get to know me a little bit more: I love going to concerts, listening to music, spending time with friends and family, painting for fun, trying creative makeup looks, and watching competition shows and cartoons!
