Life is filled with high moments and low moments, and through this fluctuation, people learn means of coping and seeing their strengths. At times, events occur that are beyond our individual means of problem solving, and in those instances, the attentive support of another can help us to move beyond that event. I hope to offer a safe space of listening, that is client driven and focuses upon your goals. You are the one who best knows yourself, and given the space, we can work together holistically to explore where you are and where you want to be.
