Personal Statement:

My passion is rooted in empowering clients to discover their best selves through exploration, authenticity, and acceptance. I have always believed if we are given the correct tools and a safe space to talk about our challenges, we can accomplish more than we are even aware of. My approach is from a client-focused, genuinely empathetic perspective, where I can support you through difficult times and celebrate even the smallest successes together along the way!

I understand the vulnerability that clients bring with them to therapy, and my goal is to provide you with a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space to explore it all. I believe every one of us has a set of strengths; by discovering them, this can lead to reconnecting with what brings fulfilment into our lives and shifting towards self-compassion and healing. Each session is tailored to your personal needs, as therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” solution.

In my free time, I enjoy yoga, meditation, and walks with my French Bulldog. I consider myself a life-long learner and feel fortunate for the opportunity to connect with you and become a part of your unique healing journey where we grow and learn together.
