Personal Statement:

Life can be unpredictable, uncertain or unmanageable. At times it may feel overwhelming to know what to do or where to start. But you have taken the first step in exploring your options, welcome! My approach in therapy is client-focused, guided by the values of compassion, curiosity, humor and patience. My goal is to understand your story and narrative, as well as collaboratively work together to gain insight, clarity or achieve a specific goal. I believe each person possesses the strengths and insights to help themselves; however, at times we need extra support, that is where I fit in.

Outside of Glebe you can find me reading, hiking, at a yoga class or enjoying a cup of tea.
