Personal Statement:

Being heard, understood and supported offers each of us the means for growth and change. Our life journeys include challenges that can bring us both pain and joy. I will work collaboratively with you whether you find yourself stuck in external circumstances or struggling with internal imbalances. I offer you a welcoming and open space where I am present to listen to your thoughts and feelings, acknowledge your suffering and pain, and celebrate your accomplishments with you.

I enjoy spending time with my adult children and my spouse. I love walking, reading, knitting and cooking. I find peace by practicing mindfulness.

Anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, parenting, personal development, self expression, spiritual exploration.

I enjoy working with people of all ages to support their developing their strengths and resources. I draw from a variety of therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT skills (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) , Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Neuropsychotherapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
