Personal Statement:

Having the chance to walk with you through challenges is a special privilege that I do not take lightly. I prioritize offering clients a warm, comfortable space for you to feel heard and understood without judgement. Let’s find the time to discover what makes you the best version of yourself, what brings you joy and what causes you to feel pain. I have had my own personal experiences in therapy and have found it to be so rewarding and eye-opening. I hope to offer you a space where you feel you can grow, learn, and deepen your understanding of yourself. Taking that step forward to seek help is already half the battle conquered, so I am so glad you’re here!

Areas of Special Interest:

I have a background in Psychology and Addictions & Mental Health, with a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults. When working with clients, I prefer to use a trauma-informed lens to be able to understand why we do what we do, and how to cope through our lives in the ways that work best for us.

I am a huge fan of my cat, Tiff, who spends most of her time making sure I do not oversleep. I love to spend time outside, especially when a winter jacket is not required. I love to stay active, taking dance classes, doing yoga, and running around the kitchen making dinner for my friends. I am not a religious person; however, I truly enjoy discussing spiritual connection and what makes you, YOU!
