Carly Leyburne, DTATI (Cand)
We can use art-making in our everyday lives to feel more centered and grounded, to connect with the land, and to connect with each other. I came to art therapy with a deep desire to learn how I, and others, can find well-being through this dynamic and powerful force we call art.
Together, we can take an approach that will help you move through some challenges you may be facing in your life, may they be around grief, loss, loneliness, anger, relationships, identity confusion, gender non-conformity, LGBTQ issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, and so much more. I believe in you. I believe in your ability to find balance and peace in your life. I will be here to witness, to listen, to walk with, and to guide you on your journey. I so look forward to sharing this creative, healing space with you.
