Rupinder Jhutti, MA (cand.)
In our ever-so-changing, stressful lives, we weather unexpected internal and external events that give us cause to slow down and seek a safe place for reflection, stillness and healing. Whether we are experiencing personal challenges, facing life transitions, or a devastating loss, understanding different situations and emotions in our lives can be challenging. In our shared efforts to work-through difficulties, I hope to build a collaborative safe space where individuals of all ages can explore challenges and work towards opportunities of change and healing. I look forward to meeting you in your journey in the way that you are most comfortable while navigating towards desirable transitions together.
